International Executive Transfer Pathways
Gateway America U.S. Executive Priority Visa Pathways are designed for multinational companies wishing to establish a U.S. business branch and executives interested in investing in an already established U.S. business branch. These pathways may lead to application of U.S. permanent residency, if desired.
Executives must be employed by the participating company in their home country for at lease one calendar year before the intracompany transfer (L-1) visa application process begins.
